Taper candles

Taper candles are both a source of light and a decorative detail for your home. At Lagerhaus, you can find a variety of long, slender candles, including rustic, classic and antique-style designs. Choose from solid colours and patterned candles featuring stripes, bows, hearts, animal prints and Christmas trees. The colour selection includes white, black, beige, brown, green, orange, blue, red and pink.

Mix and match candle colours

Taper candles are easy to combine in different colours and designs. Choose brown, beige and white candles for a coordinated colour palette, or mix pink, orange, green and blue for a brighter table setting.

You can also combine solid-coloured candles with striped or patterned designs. Matching some of the candle colours with napkins, tablecloths or other table accessories helps bring the different elements together. This allows the candles to become part of the decoration, even when they are not lit.

Taper candles for dining and celebrations

Taper candles can be used for everyday dining as well as special occasions. Arrange several candles along the table in suitable candle holders, choose a single colour or combine different shades for a more varied display.

For birthdays and parties, select colours that complement your table setting. At Christmas, red, green and white candles work well together, while candles featuring Christmas tree motifs add a seasonal detail. Designs with hearts and bows offer more ways to coordinate your decorations with different celebrations.

Decorative candles for your home

Taper candles are not limited to the dining table. Display them in suitable candle holders on a side table, windowsill or shelf, and use their colours and patterns as part of your home decor.

To introduce different shapes into an arrangement, combine slender taper candles with pillar candles or other candles. Mixing candle shapes and heights creates variation while allowing you to coordinate the colours with the surrounding interior.
