1. Ordering

Once you complete your order at the checkout you will shortly receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. The order confirmation is your acknowledgement that we have received your order and is sent out automatically by our system. Always check that your confirmation is correct and save it in case you need to contact our customer service.

If you do not receive an order confirmation as expected, please check that your e-mail address is correct and inform Customer Service and we will send a new one.

All orders placed are binding. Consequently, if you have placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately so that we can cancel your order before it is processed.

You must be over 18 to place an order with us. If you are under age, we need a guardian's consent.

2. Prices

All prices on lagerhaus.com are shown in Euro including Swedish VAT. Shipping costs and any payment fees are additional.

Prices in our stores and online may vary and we reserve the right to change our prices.

3. Payment method

Shopping on lagerhaus.com is secure and simple.

Card payment

If you have a debit or credit card linked to Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and AMEX you can pay using your card. Card payments are handled by our partner, Dibs Payment Services AB, in order to guarantee rapid and secure payment. The sum is earmarked at the time of ordering, but is not deducted until the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Invoice (Finland only)

We offer invoicing in collaboration with Klarna AB. When paying by invoice, you never need to give your card details and you always pay after having received your goods.

The invoice is sent direct from Klarna to the e-mail address given by you at the time of ordering and must be paid within 14 days. Read more about the terms for Klarna Faktura here.

Part payment (Finland only)

If you select part payment as your payment option, you decide how much you want to pay each month and you can choose to pay off the full amount at any time. Part payment is handled by our partner Klarna AB, which combines all your part-payment purchases (if you have more than one) on a single monthly advice note.

4. Shipping and delivery

Denmark & Finland

We normally deliver your goods within 4-7 working days from your order having been confirmed. During peak season or busy campaigns it may take a little longer.

All packages are delivered to your nearest collection point using PostNord (Denmark) and Bring (Finland). Once your package is available to collect, you will be notified by SMS to the mobile number given at the time of ordering.

For all orders we charge a shipping fee of EUR 10,95.

Your package will remain at the collection point for 14 days after arrival, after which it will be returned to us. We charge a fee of EUR 27,95 for unclaimed packages to cover shipping and handling costs.

Lagerhaus does not employ partial delivery if one or more items in your order cannot be delivered. Instead the items that can be delivered will be sent and the sum for any back-ordered items will be credited to you as the customer.

Other countries

You can also place orders for delivery to Sweden and Norway. Please go to the site for the relevant country to place your order:

Sweden: lagerhaus.se
Norway: lagerhaus.no

5. Exchanges and returns

If you want to return an item, you have a right of cancellation for 14 days from the date you received your order. You are always entitled to unpack your items and check function and condition. In the event of returns, we reserve the right to deduct for any decrease in value if the condition of the item has changed to the extent that it is no longer possible to sell it to any other customer without reducing the selling price.

The simplest way is to go to one of our Swedish Lagerhaus stores, where it will be possible to have your money refunded immediately once the return is approved. It is important to take along the receipt received with your delivery to enable us to deal with your return.

If you are a long way from the nearest store, you can return the item(s) to our e-commerce warehouse. As the customer, you must pay return postage and bear responsibility for the item until it reaches us. We therefore recommend that you always send your package using a traceable method and inform our customer service that your return package is en route. Once we have received your item(s), a refund will be made to your account within 14 days.
