We aim to deliver your order within 4-6 business days of you receiving confirmation of your order. However, it may be slightly longer during peak season or special promotions/collections. Your parcel will be delivered by PostNord to your nearest collection point. Once your parcel is available to collect, you will be notified via text message sent to the mobile number you stated at the time of ordering, or by post.
If you do not collect your parcel within 14 days, you will be charged EUR 27,95 to cover shipping and administration costs.
Note: Once the order has been processed, we are unable to change the recipient or delivery address.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. Visit the site for the relevant country to send a delivery outside Sweden.
What is the delivery time?
We pack your items as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your order within 4-6 business days. It may be slightly longer during peak season and major promotional campaigns.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fee is EUR 10.95.
Can I change the collection point after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the collection point after an order has been confirmed. It is very important to make sure that the address and shipping details you enter are correct.
Where/how do I collect my parcel?
Your order will be delivered by PostNord to your nearest collection point. Once your parcel is available to collect, you will be notified via text message sent to the mobile number you stated at the time of ordering, or by post.
You will need valid proof of identity and the four-digit code that you were sent by text message or post to collect your parcel.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your parcel using the reference number given in the order confirmation that we send to your specified email when your order leaves our warehouse. You can track your parcel via the link in the email or at www.PostNord.fi or www.PostNord.dk.
Why have I not received all my items?
If your order has been delivered but something is missing, it may be due to an incorrect inventory count at the time of ordering. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will only be charged for the products that are actually sent. If you are charged for an item that you have not received, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Note: We do not back order items so it will not be sent at a later date.
What happens if I do not collect my goods?
Your parcel will remain at the collection point for 14 days after arrival, after which it will be returned to us. We charge a fee of EUR 27,95 for unclaimed parcels to cover shipping and handling costs.
Can someone else collect my parcel?
If someone other than the recipient is collecting a parcel, they need to bring their own ID as well as proof of identity for the person it is addressed to. The name on the proof of identity must be identical to the name of the recipient (person who ordered) and the name on the parcel.
Note: If you order goods for someone else, the order must be completely in that person’s name in order for them to be able to collect the parcel.
