How much does shipping cost?
A shipping fee of EUR 10.95 is charged for all orders.
What is the delivery time?
We pack your items as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your order within 4-6 business days. It may be slightly longer during peak season and major promotional campaigns.
How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
An email will be sent to you at the address you specified when placing your order to confirm that your order has been received. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you confirmation that the order has left our warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our fast delivery service means that as soon as we receive your order it is sent to the warehouse for picking. It is therefore not possible to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been completed. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day cooling off period during which you can simply return your goods to us at one of our stores or by post.
Why have I not received all my items?
If your order has been delivered but something is missing, it may be due to an incorrect inventory count at the time of ordering. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will only be charged for the products that are sent. If you are charged for an item that you have not received, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Note: We do not back order items so it will not be sent at a later date.
How many days do I have to return my order?
We offer a 14-day cooling off period which begins on the day you receive your order.
How do I exchange or return an item?
Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of the date the order was received. The item must be unused and undamaged. Obviously, you are allowed to open the parcel and check your product. But any items returned to us must be in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
The easiest way for you to exchange or return your items is by sending the items back by post, using the returns form, in which case you pay the shipping cost.

To return an item, contact our customer service team at email@example.com and state the order number, the reason for return and attach photos of the damaged item.
