We offer a 14-day cooling off period which begins on the day you receive your order. You can easily return your item free of charge to one of our stores. Or you can send it back using the returns form, in which case you pay the shipping cost.
All returned items must be sent back in their original condition.

How do I exchange or return an item?
Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of the date the order was received. The item must be unused and undamaged. Obviously, you are allowed to open the parcel and check your product. But any items returned to us must be in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
The easiest way for you to exchange or return your items is by sending the items back by post, using the returns form, in which case you pay the shipping cost.
What should I do with my invoice if I return my order?
If you return all the items in your order, your invoice will be cancelled when your returns are processed. This is managed by Klarna (Finland) or Dibs (Denmark). If you return part of your order, you will receive an updated invoice after we have processed your return.
I have returned an item, when do I get my money?
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
When am I entitled to request a refund?
Under the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to request a refund for a faulty product within three years of the purchase. There is a 2-year warranty on electrical goods.
How do I return an item?
