How do I shop?

When you find an item you want to buy, select the desired quantity and click on "Buy". Your shopping basket will be updated with the item added. If you want to continue shopping, carry on navigating the site and adding items to your basket. You can change quantities at any time and remove items directly from your basket.

Once you are ready, proceed to checkout. Here you check the contents of your shopping basket, select your desired payment method and enter your details. If you have already registered with us, you can log in to retrieve saved details.

Click on Complete order – and you're done! Your order will now be sent to us and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as an acknowledgement that your order has been received.

What countries do you deliver to?

We can send orders to Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. Visit the site for the relevant country.

How much does delivery cost?

Sweden: SEK 49, free delivery on orders over SEK 500

How long is the delivery time?

We pack your items as soon as possible. Normal delivery time is 4-7 working days; during popular sales campaigns it can be slightly longer.

How is my order delivered?

All packages are sent to the nearest collection point using PostNord (Denmark) and Bring (Finland). You will receive an SMS once your package is ready to collect.

Can I collect my package from a Lagerhaus store?

No. We can currently only deliver to PostNord/Bring's nearest collection point.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail with your package's tracking number. You can track your package on PostNord/Bring's website.

What happens if I don't collect my package?

Your package will remain at the collection point for 14 days before being returned to us. We charge a fee of EUR 27,95 for uncollected packages to cover shipping and handling costs.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Contact Customer service immediately by e-mail if you want to make any changes to your order. Since we pack our deliveries as soon as we receive the orders, it is not always possible to change an order.

Why have I not received all my items?

It sometimes happens that the stock balance for the missing item was not accurate at the time you placed your order. We do not list products for back order and so the item will not be sent later. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will only be charged for the products that are actually sent

Exchange & returns

How long is my option of return?

You have a statutory right of cancellation for 14 days from receipt of the item.

How do I exchange or return an item?

If you want to return any item(s), send them back to our e-commerce warehouse in Sweden. You will be responsible for return postage. Read more in our standard terms for exchanges and returns, which you can find here.

What happens if an item is damaged during transport?

Contact Customer Service by e-mail and they will assist you. Give your order number, the reason for complaint and ideally enclose pictures of the damaged item to make it easier for us to process your case.

I have returned my items, when do I get my money?

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Lagerhaus is not responsible for deliveries returned to us; we therefore recommend that you send your return package using a traceable method and contact Customer Service to inform them that your return package is en route.

Range & prices

Are the prices and range the same on Lagerhaus.com as in your stores?

The range and prices are largely the same online and in our stores, but there may be differences. For example, we do not sell food and sweets or items that are too bulky to send online. Price differences may occur on discontinued products.

Why was an item available to add to my basket, but when I got to the checkout it was sold out?

An item is not reserved for you until your order is confirmed at checkout. Occasionally it may happen that another customer manages to buy the last one before it has been reserved for you, even though it is in your shopping basket.

Can I reserve an item?

No, unfortunately not. But you can request notification of availability for items that are temporarily out of stock. You will then receive an e-mail once the item is in stock again.

Available in store?

Using the function "Available in store" on the product card you can check whether an item is in stock in any of our stores. If stocks are low, we recommend ringing the store to check whether the stock balance is correct.

How do I contact you?

The easiest way to contact us is to send an e-mail to Customer Service, kundservice@lagerhaus.se. Please include your order number in the message to make it easier for us to assist you. We aim to respond to e-mails within 24 hours on weekdays.
